Manage international programs, employee resource groups (ERGs) / affinity networks globally.Engage with local teams, country managers, and regional leaders to understand needs and barriers.Strategy and Policy
Develop internal communications to raise awareness, celebrate progress, and build buy-in.Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform program improvements and leadership reporting.Program Design & Implementation
Define goals and outcomes to track progress globally, including representation, inclusion, and engagement metrics.Track outcomes and metrics in alignment with the overarching strategy.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Promote a culture of belonging aligned with core values.Organize listening sessions, ensuring international regions are included.Analyze feedback with regional leads to develop follow-up actions.Operational & Management
Oversee logistics for global events, training, travel, and other operational needs.Manage vendor and partner relationships.Continuous Learning & Innovation
Stay updated on theory, research, and global trends.Pilot new approaches and scale successful initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster strategic alignment with Talent Acquisition and Global Employee Experience teams.Create opportunities for feedback from regional programs, leads, and participants.
