Job descriptionManage international programs, employee resource groups (ERGs) / affinity networks globally. Engage with local teams, country managers, and regional leaders to understand needs and barriers. Develop internal communications to raise awareness, celebrate progress, and build buy-in. Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform program improvements and leadership reporting. Define goals and outcomes to track progress globally, including representation, inclusion, and engagement metrics. Track outcomes and metrics in alignment with the overarching strategy. Promote a culture of belonging aligned with core values. Organize listening sessions, ensuring international regions are included. Analyze feedback with regional leads to develop follow-up actions. Oversee logistics for global events, training, travel, and other operational needs. Manage vendor and partner relationships. Stay updated on theory, research, and global trends. Pilot new approaches and scale successful initiatives. Foster strategic alignment with Talent Acquisition and Global Employee Experience teams. Create opportunities for feedback from regional programs, leads, and participants.
