Job descriptionDesign, implement, and maintain a reliable, automated, business-wise financial information system . Develop and sustain planning and control systems , including budgeting, financial management, and liquidity controls. Create and improve funding channels to support group-wide operations and growth. Build the finance function as a strategic enabler , promoting decentralized and evidence-based decision-making. Strengthen internal financial governance to ensure transparency, accuracy, and strategic alignment. Strong conceptual and operational understanding of planning and control systems . Strategic perspective and deep understanding of finance at a group level . Experience working with or within family-run businesses . Strong negotiation skills and an ability to support and enable business teams. Sensitivity to evidence-driven decision-making and the willingness to adapt based on validated insights. Master’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in mid-to-senior management roles within finance, preferably in a group structure. Experience designing and implementing automated or IT-enabled MIS and control systems is highly desirable.

- Must have experience working in a group of companies , including group consolidation .
