Job descriptionOwn the creative narrative for new business pitches, RFPs, and campaign presentations. Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to craft pitch-winning creative proposals that resonate with clients. Stay ahead of emerging platform trends, algorithms, creator formats, and digital storytelling techniques. Prototype and test new content formats (e.g., reels, short-form series, live formats, branded challenges). Work with internal production teams and influencer partners to ensure creative excellence in execution. Guide scripting, visual tone, and post-production for campaign assets. Build an insights-driven creative culture by analyzing campaign performance, content formats, and consumer trends. Document and share creative best practices and playbooks across teams. 8–10 years of experience in digital / creative agencies, branded content studios, with at least one stint in influencer marketing firms. Deep understanding of content creation on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead creative development from ideation to execution. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and campaign visualization skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, pitch-driven environments. Portfolio of high-performing digital / influencer campaigns is a must.

As the Creative Head, you will play a pivotal role in client conversion, shaping the content and creative direction of our influencer & brand engagements. This role requires an agile and deeply culturally aware creative strategist with strong knowledge of new-age content formats, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior across digital and social media. You will lead the ideation and development of cutting-edge campaign narratives, formats, and visual storytelling that drive brand impact and business growth.
