We are hiring for Manufacturing Execution System (AVEVA / Wonderware) Consultant

exp- 6-12yrs

JD-

• Experience and technical knowledge with AVEVA MES solutions.
• Strong Experience on Development / Customizations / Enhancement
• Strong experience with designing and implementing systems like MES, Manufacturing Intelligence
• Experience in Upgrade & Migrations with various tools, approach, best practices
• Microsoft SQL server, Database designed, Optimized SQL Query and View Design
• Knowledge of informational and operational technologies (IT / OT), MES integration to enterprise systems
• Knowledge of container and contained objects
• Deep knowledge of different types of attributes and attribute properties
• Knowledge of template and attribute hierarchy
• Create base templates using Archestra Object toolkit
• Graphics / Symbols, ViewApp, Screen Profiles Layout, ViewApp Security, Archestra Apps, Custom Navigation etc
• Experience with C# and .NET development environment
• OPC and PLC / Automation connectivity
• Ideally trained & certified (not mandatory) on Wonderware MES, Historian and System platform
• Exposure on Industrial control system / Operational technology PLC / Control Systems, SCADA / Historian and OT – IT Integrations
• Familiarity with industry standards, such as ANSI / ISA-95 and ANSI / ISA-88.
• Experience with SSRS or Crystal / Business Object reporting
• Domain experience in Pharma / Process industry manufacturing
