The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and personable Community Host to join our team in Mumbai. You will be the face and voice of Dextrus — the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in organized, design-driven spaces, and can bring a mix of hospitality and efficiency to your workday, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors and members. Understand their needs, request a register entry and accordingly direct them
Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, vendor bills, member parcels or mails etc.
Center Operations
Manage housekeeping and pantry staff with regular checklists and supervision with community managers.
Maintain highest standards of maintenance, upkeep of the center, equipment, assets etc.
Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols
Inventory management of Food, Beverages, Stationery & Housekeeping supplies.
Member Relations
Managing member check-in tours, sales tours and CIF and sales inquiries
Help members with meeting room bookings, additional requests, inquiries etc.
Member onboarding, check-in and check-out procedures
Ideating experiential events and community engagement activities.
Designing creatives and newsletters for events and internal communication
Acquiring new services and offers for the members, organizing internal engagement focused activities.
Handling promotions and registration of events.
Vendor Management
Coordinating, acquiring and negotiating with vendors
Overseeing AMC deliverables
Managing tracking lists and documents
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
2–3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, aviation, or front-desk operations.
A graduate degree (any discipline).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic coordination tools.
Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
Bonus Points For
Experience in customer-facing environments with strong service orientation.
Creative flair for designing small events or internal communication.
Familiarity with tools like Canva or newsletter platforms.
A calm, confident presence in high-traffic, dynamic workspaces.
