Java engineer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of mission critical applications and systems.

They leverage their extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members and drive innovation across the organisation.

They are proficient in all aspects of engineering disciplines, and they often have a deeper understanding of architecture and design principles.

They lead the technical direction and executions of deliveries, ensuring high quality solution aligned with business goals.

Lead engineers drive continuous improvement and innovations, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

• Looking for someone who has basic fundamentals is clear.
• CI / CD Docker or Kubernetes concepts.
• Reactive Programming experience.
• Common Logging experience.
