About the Role

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR & Compensation) to lead requirement workshops, configure modules, support testing / go-live, and partner with HR & IT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering for Core HR & Compensation modules.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and define solution designs.
• Configure enterprise structures, worker / assignment setups, compensation plans & budgets.
• Work with integration / reporting teams (HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI / BI).
• Support unit / system / UAT testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Provide ongoing functional support and process improvements.
• Collaborate with global / cross-functional teams.
