Objective / Purpose : As a Presales Bid Manager specializing in managed services and transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping our offerings and winning strategic deals. Your expertise in storytelling, win themes, and solutioning will drive successful bid submissions. Roles & Responsibilities : Responsibilities : Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to understand customer needs and create compelling proposals for managed services and transformation projects. Manage the end-to-end bid process, including RFP / RFI analysis, solution design, pricing, and submission. Develop win themes and strategies that resonate with clients. Craft compelling narratives that highlight our value proposition and differentiation. Conduct risk assessments and address potential challenges during the bidding process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure timely and accurate bid responses. Participate in client presentations and negotiations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape Qualifications : Strong understanding of managed services, IT transformation, and cloud solutions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Ability to create win themes and strategies that align with client objectives. Experience in managing complex bids across different geographies. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
