We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Course Content Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and a strong background in video editing. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, professional, and engaging course videos that enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality course videos that meet the instructional and aesthetic standards of the company.
Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and subject matter experts to ensure videos align with course objectives and enhance learner engagement.
Incorporate graphics, animations, text overlays, and other multimedia elements to enhance the clarity and visual appeal of course content.
Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
Optimize video content for learning management systems, ensuring compatibility and quality.
Review and implement feedback from the team to continuously improve video content.
Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and educational content creation.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a focus on educational or instructional content.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of video production techniques, including sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work, particularly in the context of educational content, is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with animation software such as After Effects.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.

Experience in shoot execution with respect to camera, lights and setup.
