Are you a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of digital trends? Catalysts is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence and drive impactful campaigns across platforms.

What You’ll Do Build and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas

Oversee creatives : posts, reels, videos, stories & more

Manage paid campaigns and optimize for results

Track analytics, prepare performance reports & identify growth opportunities

Handle community management—comments, DMs & engagement

Collaborate with design, performance, and marketing teams

Maintain brand consistency and stay ahead of trends

What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of experience in social media / digital marketing

Strong knowledge of platform algorithms & analytics

Creative mindset with excellent communication & storytelling skills

Experience managing paid campaigns (preferred)

Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams
