ParibhaAsha HeritEdge Lab is a culture-tech venture that activates culture as infrastructure — building products, programs, and experiences that preserve heritage while engaging today's audiences.

Our flagship initiative, Aitihya, is India's first vernacular CultureTech platform, beginning with Odisha. It digitises literature, revives oral traditions, and creates mobile-first, multilingual experiences that connect people with their cultural roots.

We're looking for a Technical Consultant to lead technology development across our digital ecosystem — starting with the Aitihya mobile app and expanding into AI, IoT, and interactive heritage storytelling.

What You'll Do

Architect and develop Aitihya's app, backend, and headless CMS.
Design secure, scalable, API-first infrastructure (AWS / Firebase / GCP).
Prototype cultural-tech features using AI, NLP, or IoT.
Collaborate with creative and research teams to merge storytelling with technology.
Document, deploy, and maintain project deliverables to defined milestones.

Who You Are

5–10 years of full-stack or mobile development experience.

Skilled in React Native / Flutter, Node.js / Python, and headless CMS (WordPress, Strapi).

Comfortable leading lean projects and mentoring small teams.

Curious about cultural intelligence, language tech, and interdisciplinary design.

Passionate about purpose-driven innovation and heritage preservation.

Engagement Terms

Fixed-term consulting role (6–12 months).

Milestone-linked payments.

ParibhaAsha retains IP & brand ownership; you'll be credited as Core Team Member (Tech) for specific projects.

Option for renewal or extended leadership role post-funding.
