Job Title : Project Engineer Construction (Engineering Projects)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to support the execution of construction and infrastructure projects at our manufacturing facilities in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil or mechanical engineering hands-on experience in industrial construction and must have exposure to pharmaceutical brownfield projects . This role demands close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing construction projects including buildings utilities and production infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering operations safety procurement) and external contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Support the development and tracking of project schedules budgets and resource allocations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as BOQs drawings and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations and internal engineering protocols.
• Participate in vendor evaluation tendering and procurement processes.
• Identify and resolve technical or execution issues during construction phases.
• Promote continuous improvement and safety culture on-site.
