Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and act as the bridge between stakeholders, clients, and the technical delivery team.

Key Responsibilities :

Project & Delivery Management :

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT / software projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Oversee project lifecycle : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define delivery roadmaps and ensure sprint goals align with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes using best practices and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).

Agile & Scrum Leadership :

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Champion Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product / Project Owners to prioritize backlog and manage sprint velocity.
  • Continuously improve team efficiency and agile maturity.

    • Team Management :

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, designers).
  • Set clear goals, manage workloads, and ensure accountability.
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a collaborative culture.

    • Client & Stakeholder Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Manage expectations through proactive communication and progress reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

    • PMP & Governance :

  • Apply PMP or equivalent project management frameworks to ensure structured delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation (project plans, risk logs, reports, KPIs).
  • Report progress to senior leadership and ensure governance compliance.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Certifications preferred : PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Agile Coach.
  • Strong experience with Agile tools : JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Proven experience in delivery management of software / IT projects.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
