Job Description :
We're seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in scaling e-commerce brands beyond ₹50 lakhs in monthly revenue while ensuring strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and brand growth.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands
- Provide creative direction for ad concepts, content shoots, and iterations
- Handle client calls, presenting strategy, results, and growth plans confidently
- Prepare and deliver weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Create conversion rate optimization (CRO) reports to improve landing page & funnel performance
- Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to build high-performing ad campaigns
- Stay ahead of Meta trends, creative testing frameworks, and industry benchmarks
Required Skills and Qualifications :
To succeed in this role, you'll need :
Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Facebook ads for e-commerce brandsStrong ability to write and test ad copy that convertsDemonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining profitabilityExpertise in campaign tracking and automation toolsDeep understanding of audience targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimizationCreative and analytical mindset comfortable testing ideas and making data-driven decisionsStrong communication and reporting skills with leadership qualitiesProven experience running Meta ads at scale (₹50 lakhs+ monthly spends)Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers (ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, etc.)Benefits :
