Position : TIBCO Developer
Experience : 5–8 years
Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore

Role Summary :

The TIBCO Integration layer is a critical component of the application landscape. The Integration Developer ensures high-quality design and build deliverables and contributes to optimized end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent the integration domain during requirement analysis and solution design.

Develop and implement designs prepared during analysis.

Optimize solutions to ensure performance efficiency and resource utilization.

Critically review and optimize developer deliverables within assigned projects.

Participate in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC.

Serve as a last line of defense for production issues with serious business impacts.

Identify and eliminate inefficiencies via automation or process improvements.

Technical Competencies :

5–6+ years of hands-on SOA / Integration development experience.

Expert in TIBCO products : EMS 7.x / 8.x, BW 5.x / 6.x, ActiveSpaces, APIX, Adapters / SDK.

Strong knowledge of Java, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching, encryption standards, microservices, and security.

Strong understanding of integration design patterns, standards, and best practices.

Ability to handle high complexity solution designs.

Soft Skills & Leadership :

Lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.

Operate effectively in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

Take ownership and responsibility for actions and project outcomes.

Train and mentor team members, serving as a role model.

Ensure end-to-end project delivery on time and with quality.

Qualifications :

B.E / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or IT.
