The ideal candidate shall be responsible and be ready for :
- Conduct rigorous training sessions for kitchen staff on SOPs, quality & hygiene standards
- Plan & adhere to the training calendars
- Work closely with culinary team to standardize SOPs & document
- Conduct internal audits to keep check on SOPs & bring operational ease
- Plan & adhere to the training calendars
- Responsible for improving customer ratings
- Highlight deviations & rectify issues under given TAT
The incumbent must be willing and possess :
Flexible commuting to various outlets all around the cityFlexible for rotational shifts & be available at all times in case of any work emergenciesGood communication skillsBasic knowledge of MS office, data work & documentationLanguages known : Hindi, Marathi , English
