Job Opening : Interoperability Manager (Sr. SME) in Qatar Government Hospital

Key Responsibilities :

Drive interoperability initiatives and system integration projects across healthcare platforms.

Lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable interoperability solutions.

Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective data exchange solutions.

Manage and mentor technical teams to achieve project goals.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Data Science , Statistics , Mathematics

Experience Requirements :

9+ years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) .

8+ years of experience in systems integration and interoperability .

4+ years in a managerial or leadership role within healthcare IT.

Mandatory Certifications (any one of the following) :

HL7 v2 Control Specialist Certification

HL7 FHIR Proficiency Certificate

Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems ( CPHIMS )

Project Management Professional ( PMP )

IHE Technical Framework Certification

HIMSS Certified Health Data Analyst ( CHDA )

Cloud Integration Certification ( AWS / Azure / GCP )

Enterprise Architecture Certification
