We’re looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer to join our core tech team and help scale Rentkar’s platform using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliverables

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps using Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS

Write clean, modular, and efficient code following best practices

Work on integrations : payments (Razorpay), notifications (WhatsApp / IVR), CDN / image optimizations, and analytics

Optimize performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for high-traffic apps

Implement secure APIs, backend services, and database designs

Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the platform

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer

Strong hands-on expertise with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB

Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda)

Good understanding of REST APIs, serverless architecture, caching (Redis preferred)

Familiarity with CI / CD, Git, Docker, testing frameworks

Knowledge of SEO, structured data, and performance optimization is a plus

Strong problem-solving, ownership, and teamwork skills
