As part of our growing Public Policy team, we’re looking for a  Manager / Sr. Manager – Public Policy who can bring strategy , consistency and growth  to our advocacy and government relations work.

What You’ll Do :

Lead the implementation of policy and advocacy strategies that align with our clients’ objectives and deliver measurable impact.

Monitor, analyze, and interpret regulatory and legislative developments at both national and state levels, providing timely insights and strategic recommendations.

Build and nurture trusted relationships with key government stakeholders, industry associations, think tanks, and civil society organizations.

Develop policy briefs, reports, and whitepapers with actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

Represent clients and The Reppro in consultations, forums, and multi-stakeholder dialogues to advance policy goals.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on navigating India’s evolving policy and regulatory landscape.

Work closely with PR, communications, and digital teams to craft integrated advocacy campaigns that enhance visibility and influence.

Who We’re Looking For :

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

4–8years of experience in public policy, government relations, corporate affairs, or advocacy roles.

Demonstrated ability to lead a teas and manage multiple client engagements with accountability.

Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex policy issues into clear, actionable insights.

Strong writing and presentation skills suited for stakeholder engagement and executive communication.

Prior experience or a keen interest in education, skilling, or social impact sectors will be a significant advantage.
