Role Overview :
We're seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to bridge the gap between our advanced AI / ML technology and real-world healthcare applications. You'll translate complex healthcare requirements into technical specifications, orchestrate our AI / ML engineering team, and drive product development from prototype to production-ready enterprise platform.
Core Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Execution (40%)
Translate healthcare industry requirements (clinical guidelines, insurance contracts, quality measures) into detailed technical specificationsOwn the product roadmap, balancing technical innovation with customer needsDefine and prioritize features for our hybrid intelligence platformCreate detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teamsManage sprint planning and agile development processesTechnical Team Orchestration (30%)
Coordinate between Graph Engineers, ML Scientists, Clinical Knowledge Engineers, and Platform DevelopersFacilitate technical architecture decisions balancing AI capabilities with production constraintsEnsure seamless integration between rule-based systems and machine learning componentsDrive technical debt discussions and platform scalability planningAI / ML Product Management (20%)

Essential Qualifications :
5+ years as Product Owner / Manager for AI / ML products in productionProven track record of shipping enterprise AI products from concept to scaleExperience translating complex business logic into technical requirementsHands-on experience with both traditional ML and modern deep learning approachesDemonstrated ability to work in startup environments (Seed to Series B preferred)Experience managing technical teams of 5-15 engineersStrong understanding of AI / ML development lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoringTechnical Competencies :

You thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where none exists.
