Job descriptionSchedule interviews and calls between candidates and clients Maintain talent pipelines, status updates, and communication Support onboarding processes and documentation Draft articles, summaries, and structured content using AI Create SOPs, internal documents, and templates based on instructions Manage and update contracts, agreements, and internal trackers Keep pipelines and project dashboards up to date Support compliance and documentation workflows Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable working with AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable.) Able to extract context from meeting notes / transcripts Strong communication and task-management skills Experience in operations, coordination, or executive assistance preferred Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs before being asked Work directly with the founders of a fast-scaling global business Learn world-class operational and AI-driven workflows High ownership, high visibility role Remote-first culture and long-term career growth Competitive compensation

Coordinator to support the founders and help streamline our operational workflows.
This is a high-trust role working directly with leadership, candidates, and clients — perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and AI-powered productivity.
What You’ll Do
Founder Support & Operations
- Join meetings with the founders or work from call transcripts
- Capture clear action items, decisions, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Maintain To-Dos, reminders, calendars, and execution checklists
- Ensure smooth coordination across all internal and client-facing projects
Candidate & Client Coordination
Documentation & Content
