Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities :

Provide strong technical leadership in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream / downstream assets

Provide technical solution in the area of structural Offshore / Onshore Asset Integrity

Has ability to provide innovative solutions / automations / methodologies to build a differentiation for Quest

Drive and manage Engineers to execute structural Integrity workflows with Quality at scale

Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for the new projects assigned

Drive core team members to recruit skilled resources and train internal resources to build required competency

Coordinate the activities between customer, sales organization and global technical teams

Flexible to make short business trips to offshore offices & sites

Lead, develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs

Review technical scoping, estimation, perform feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and design solutions

Work Experience

Required Qualifications & Competencies :

Engineering degree in civil / structural engineering

15+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore / Offshore structural projects)

Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas

Risk Based Inspection methodologies

Fixed equipment inspection tasks / procedures

Inspection Optimization

Fitness for Service & Life extension studies

Repair scope preparation

Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures

Familiarity with codes and standards

Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.)

Excellent verbal & written communication

Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures

Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy

Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams

Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Good to have skills :

Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP
