Role Overview :
Seeking 2-4 exceptional individuals to form our TASC Rapid AI Innovation Team, serving as internal wizards who bridge technology and business needs. You'll empower teams across the organization to leverage M365 Copilot, (help) build custom agents, and rapidly prototype AI solutions that transform how we work.
Technical Skills Required :
Core Technical Competencies :
- M365 Copilot Mastery - Deep understanding of Copilot capabilities across all M365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Loop)
- Agent Development - Hands-on experience building Copilot agents, custom GPTs, or similar conversational AI tools
- Prompt Engineering - Expert-level ability to craft, optimize, and teach effective prompting strategies
- Low-Code / No-Code Platforms - Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
- API Integration - Understanding of Graph API, connectors, and data integration patterns
- AI Fundamentals - Solid grasp of LLMs, RAG systems, semantic search, and AI limitations / best practices
- Rapid Prototyping Tools - Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar for quick mockups and workflows
Nice-to-Have Technical Skills :
Basic Python / JavaScript for custom solutionsExperience with Azure AI ServicesKnowledge of data governance and security in AI contextsFamiliarity with SharePoint / Teams developmentSoft Skills Required :
