Project Manager Cum Qa (5+ Years) | Delivery, Quality & Business Analysis

Role summary

AdGrid is hiring a hands-on Project Manager cum QA who can plan and deliver complex projects end-to-end while owning quality outcomes. You’ll combine project delivery, test strategy & automation, and business analysis / research to ship stable, secure, and scalable releases.

What you’ll do

maintain RAID logs and clear blockers.

drive UAT and release sign-off with audit-ready evidence.

translate into BRD / PRD,acceptance criteria, and measurable KPIs.

ensure API / back-end, front-end, and data flows are tested against business rules.

ensure non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, observability) are met.

Reporting : Publish crisp status, burn-up / burn-down, quality dashboards, and go / no-go recommendations to leadership.

coach teams on quality and delivery best practices.

Must-have qualifications

5–8 years total, with substantial time split across project / program management and software QA.

Proven delivery of multi-team projects (backend, frontend, data) with on-time releases and quality gates.

Strong test automation in at least one : Playwright / Cypress (web) and REST Assured / Postman (Newman) for APIs.

comfort with metrics / KPIs.

Data & API fluency : read API specs (OpenAPI / Swagger), basic SQL, JSON, and logs to debug issues.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-ready reporting

Nice to have

Domain exposure in fintech / payments, consumer tech, marketplaces, or SaaS.

Performance testing (k6 / JMeter), contract testing (Pact), Testcontainers, WireMock.

Familiarity with DevOps concepts (CI / CD, feature flags, basic Docker / K8s literacy).

Analytics (GA4 / Mixpanel / Amplitude) for post-release validation and experiment readouts.

Project & docs : Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence / Notion, Miro, Figma

QA & automation : Playwright / Cypress, REST Assured / Postman, TestRail / Zephyr

Performance & integration : k6 / JMeter, WireMock, Pact (nice)

CI / CD & observability : GitHub Actions / Jenkins, Grafana / ELK, OpenTelemetry basics

Data : SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), CSV / Parquet basics for validation

Education

Bachelor's in engineering / information systems / business (or equivalent experience).
