Key Responsibilities :
- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the resort and hospitality vertical.
- Assist in creating and managing promotional content for digital platforms (social media, emailers, website updates).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for branding and promotional materials.
- Help in organizing and executing on-ground events, influencer visits, and experiential marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports.
- Support in maintaining marketing databases, image libraries, and customer contact lists.
- Assist in guest engagement activities and collecting customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Hospitality / Management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and hospitality trends.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.Creative mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.Duration : 12 months
