Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to support design, development, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise across core HCM modules, strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud tools, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical components
• Build integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, HSDL, OIC
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data conversions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause analysis & resolution
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and convert to technical design
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts
• Ensure secure development and adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices
• Participate in testing cycles including SIT & UAT support
