Vice President – IT Ops

Intellisync Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of IT Operations to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology operations that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and operational excellence within a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the IT operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and data centers.
  • Ensure system availability, reliability, and security across all IT platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and technology initiatives.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, network architecture, and data center management.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
