We’re looking for experienced outbound callers with dialer experience who can connect with US-based professionals, explain the platform’s features, and help onboard them smoothly.
If you’re great on calls, fluent in English, and comfortable with night shifts — this role is a perfect fit.
💼 What You’ll Do
Use the provided dialer system to connect with US-based professionals
Explain the client’s platform, features, and registration process
Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with internal support and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve weekly onboarding and engagement targets
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
Experience with dialer tools or outbound calling platforms (e.g., RingCentral, Five9, Aircall, etc.)
Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or customer onboarding (US process preferred)
Comfortable working US time zones (Night Shift)
Target-driven, organized, and proactive
