JD / Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA HR Mini Master Data Specialist with strong technical expertise in configuring, migrating, and maintaining mini master data for HR modules in SAP S / 4HANA. The candidate will support the design, development, and validation of mini master data objects to ensure seamless HR data integration and system performance during the S / 4HANA implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Ready to work in Hybrid model 3 days from client location.

Must have Implementation experience

• Mini Master Data Configuration :

Assist in defining and configuring mini master data objects in SAP S / 4HANA HR modules, including organizational structures, personnel administration, and time management.

Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for mini master data from legacy systems to SAP S / 4HANA, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Develop custom data interfaces, BAPIs, and IDocs as needed for mini master data transfer and synchronization.

Perform validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of mini master data post-migration to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Create detailed technical specifications, data mapping documents, and migration strategies.

Provide technical support during cutover, go-live, and post-implementation phases related to mini master data issues.
