As a Business Growth Catalyst, you’ll be the driving force that turns leads into loyal clients, projects into success stories, and conversations into revenue.

This role is commission-based with the potential to earn ₹50 LPA+, and we support you with compensation + travel expenses in the initial months.

Responsibilities

Client Management

→ Build, manage & nurture client relationships for long-term trust.

Sales Growth

→ Convert provided leads into clients and expand through your own network.

Project Success

→ Oversee client projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery & satisfaction.

Revenue Expansion

→ Drive consistent growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new client onboarding.

Team Collaboration

→ Work with founders & team to align sales, operations, and delivery goals.

Market Hustle

→ Spot opportunities, chase them, and close with confidence.

Ideal Candidate

• A hustler with strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Background in sales, client servicing, or project management (preferred, not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in a commission-based setup.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you want wealth, not just salary.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.
