At Mind Turf, we are dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and providing accessible support to individuals across India. We offer a wide range of services designed to improve emotional well-being and foster positive mental health. As we are an early age start-up, we are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to help amplify our online presence and connect with individuals in need of mental health support.

Job Title : Web / Application Developer Intern

Location : Remote (India)

Duration : 3 Months

Stipend : Unpaid

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and mobile platforms for mental health services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, mental health experts) to create user-friendly and efficient systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for web applications and platforms.
Participate in the debugging and troubleshooting of web applications.
Assist in optimizing web performance and ensure smooth user experience.
Contribute to the testing and quality assurance of applications.
Learn and implement best practices for data security, particularly in relation to sensitive mental health information.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to web development and mental health applications.

Qualifications :

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).

Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar.

Basic understanding of databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).

A strong passion for mental health and an interest in how technology can improve mental wellness.

Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS / Android) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with mental health-related technologies or platforms.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Knowledge of UX / UI principles and design tools.

Experience with Agile development practices.
