About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Robotics & Project Engineer to join our automation team in Pune. The role involves overseeing automation and robotics projects — from manufacturing and assembly to on-site integration and commissioning.

You will coordinate between design, manufacturing, and programming teams, manage project documentation and timelines, and support PLC and robot programming activities when required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive automation and robotics projects through all stages — design, build, and implementation.
• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and testing activities on the shop floor.
• Support PLC and robot programming teams as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records .
• Coordinate with clients for updates, approvals, and project discussions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
