About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

to join our remote team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in

Oracle HCM Cloud

implementations and integrations, especially those who have worked within the

manufacturing domain . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.

Lead technical design and development of

Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI / BIP Reports , and

personalization's .

Implement and support

inbound / outbound integrations

using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST / SOAP APIs, and other middleware.

Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform

unit testing , troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules.

Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile / DevOps environment.

Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.

Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of overall experience in ERP / Cloud application development.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

(Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.).

Strong expertise in

Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts , and

BI Publisher / OTBI reporting .

Experience in building and maintaining

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

integrations.

Proficient in PL / SQL, REST / SOAP Web Services, and XML / XSLT.

Good understanding of security roles and data access in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Proven experience in

end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations or support projects .

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in the

manufacturing industry

with knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in a manufacturing setup.

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.

Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Learning modules is an advantage.
