Influencer Marketing & Talent Manager

We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Manager to join RCLASHERS MEDIA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing exclusive content creators across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of influencer marketing, and the ability to build long-term relationships with creators.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to high-potential creators for exclusive partnerships.

Onboard new creators and guide them through the agreement and setup process.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned creators.

Coordinate brand deals, campaigns, and collaboration opportunities for creators.

Monitor creator performance, engagement, and content quality.

Provide regular support, feedback, and solutions to creators to help them grow.

Maintain updated records of creator activities, deliverables, and contracts.

Work closely with the internal team to plan campaigns and match creators with suitable brands.

Ensure smooth communication between creators and the company.

Handle conflict resolution, deadlines, and creator deliverables effectively.

Requirements

Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator handling is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good camera quality and stable internet connection for remote meetings.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
