About the Role

We’re looking for an HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. You’ll play a key role in building our team, managing data through our HRMS platform, and helping create a positive employee experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, vendors, consultants, and college placements
• Maintain recruitment data via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support onboarding, employee data management, and documentation on HRStop.com
• Assist in basic payroll and compliance activities
• Help with employee engagement and grievance handling
• Contribute to performance evaluation and improvement programs
