Role Description : Junior Graphic Designer (Full-Time, On-Site — Chennai) Propshell is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing compelling visual content for digital and print platforms, helping to bring our brand stories and real estate projects to life.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities Design marketing materials for social media, digital ads, and presentations

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop visual storytelling ideas

Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and campaigns

Support senior designers in executing visual strategies for campaigns and property launches

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and real estate branding styles

Adapt and deliver visuals on tight deadlines while maintaining high quality

Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) or equivalent tools

Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics is a plus

Strong creativity and an eye for detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience or internship in real estate or branding design is an added advantage

Must be comfortable working on-site and open to creative direction and feedback
