Role : Sr. Manager – QA & Analytics
Purpose of the Role
To lead the QA and Analytics functions supporting multiple digital marketing teams (AdOps, Programmatic, Search & Social). The person will ensure delivery quality, data accuracy, and actionable insights through strong team management and process excellence.
Team Scope
Core Responsibilities
1. Own the quality metric across all accounts to ensure error free delivery
2. Build and manage QA frameworks and review processes across functions.
3. Ensure adherence to SOPs and track error trends for performance improvement.
4. Lead analytics projects – dashboard creation, data accuracy, and insights generation.
5. Partner with operations leadership to translate data into performance actions.
6. Manage and mentor 10–15 member teams (QA + Analytics combined).
7. Drive automation and standardization of reporting where possible.
