Phinity helps labs build artificial intelligence (AI) by automating hardware engineering through environments that train agents on design and verification tasks. We seek experts to collaborate with researchers on high-quality register transfer level (RTL) design, verification, and debugging challenges mirroring real-world semiconductor development.
Responsibilities :
- Develop realistic RTL design and verification problems reflecting industry complexity and best practices.
- Build and optimize containerized environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows.
- Work directly with AI researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience with RTL design using Verilog / SystemVerilog or VHDL.Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development).Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools.Familiarity with industry-standard electronic design automation (EDA) tools.Skills :
