Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (EOE) across multiple functions, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques (X-ray, Boolean, etc.).
- Drive full recruitment lifecycle for niche, leadership, and bulk hiring roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, source mix) and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery.
- Stay updated with market intelligence and industry trends to strengthen talent acquisition strategies.
Years of Experience :
3 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT / Non-IT) with proven success in handling multiple roles.Educational Qualification :
Bachelor s / Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent management (preferred but not mandatory).Skill Set Required : Must have :
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (technical & non-technical).Proficiency in sourcing using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, Boolean & X-ray search, referrals, and networking.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.Nice to have :
Experience in GCC hiring or setting up new teams.Market Intelligence (talent mapping, salary benchmarking, competitor analysis).Knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, compliance, documentation).Skills Required
