At the heart of this experience is Analyst, our AI-driven reasoning and retrieval layer, designed for multi-document analysis, contextual chat, real-time enrichment, and intelligent automation.

We're now looking for a GenAI Specialist to join our core AI team and help us design, fine-tune, and deploy generative systems that power the next evolution of Analyst, from intelligent document understanding to natural conversation and automated reasoning.

About the Role

As our GenAI Specialist, you'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating generative AI models across the SoftSync ecosystem.

You'll work at the intersection of research and engineering, turning model capabilities into real product features that help teams reason, write, and act with precision.

Your work will directly shape the intelligence layer of SoftSync, ensuring our AI not only retrieves and summarizes, but generates content that's factually grounded, context-aware, and useful in business settings.

What You'll Do

• Build and fine-tune LLM-based systems for reasoning, summarization, and generation
• Develop custom GenAI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI API
• Experiment with prompt-engineering, few-shot learning, and model orchestration
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate GenAI features into Analyst's production stack
• Design evaluation methods to monitor quality, grounding, and reliability of outputs
• Prototype tools for knowledge synthesis, contextual chat, and intelligent document generation
• Stay current with state-of-the-art model architectures, open-weight LLMs, and fine-tuning techniques
