Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – eLearning Solutions

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – eLearning Solutions you will own end-to-end project execution for a wide range of custom learning solutions. You’ll work directly with global clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands adult learning principles and thrives in the dynamic world of digital learning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations

Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery

Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists

Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery

Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers

Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution

Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders

Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation

Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results

Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry , delivering high-impact learning solutions

5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space

Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle

Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills

Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage

PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification highly desirable
