Textile Designer

Job Summary : We are looking for a Junior Designer who is hands-on, creatively driven, and passionate about working with materials and techniques. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with their hands – whether it's weaving, sketching, painting, or experimenting with textures and materials. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within a design-led environment, where the focus is on storytelling through craft.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the design team in developing concepts, mood boards and product stories.
• Execute manual tasks like weaving, sketching, painting, fabric manipulation and sampling.
• Support the creation of textile swatches, color palettes and surface development ideas.
• Participate in the sampling and prototyping process by coordinating with the workshop and vendors.
• Maintain a library of materials, references and ongoing samples.
• Stay updated on trends, craft techniques and materials relevant to the brand's design language.
• Contribute creatively to internal brainstorming and team discussions.
