Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience, preferably in the eCommerce domain, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Understand and map core eCommerce business processes such as catalog management, cart & checkout, payment gateways, order management, and post-order operations
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications
- Work closely with UX / UI teams to create seamless customer journeys and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to elicit business needs
- Support product roadmap development and prioritize features based on business impact
- Assist development and QA teams during sprint cycles by clarifying requirements and reviewing deliverables
- Conduct impact analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to product innovation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in eCommerce, Retail, or B2C domainsStrong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital customer experiences, payment systems, and omnichannel solutionsProficient in Agile / Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with documentation and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, and MS ExcelPreferred Qualifications
