Job Title : SAP C4C Functional Consultant Skills : SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) Version 1 and Version 2

Location : Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad & Pune

Experience : 6 - 8 years

Job Description :

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) V1 and V2;

SAP CRM experience desirable.

Proven track record of leading requirement-gathering sessions, functional workshops, and end-to-end implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 architecture, capabilities, and extensibility.

Ability to map business processes (e.G., lead-to-quote, ticket management, SLA, routing rules) to system capabilities.

Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Service Cloud V2 (business roles, workflow rules, service levels, ticket management).

Expertise in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, test cases, training materials, and user documentation.

deep understanding of SAP BTP architecture for side-by-side extensions.

Familiarity with key user tools, screen adaptations, and creation of organizational structure, material, and customer data.

Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment options.

ability to work in agile / scrum environments.

excellent English communication skills.

MBA preferred.
