Job Description :

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Migration Expert with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and validating data migration from legacy systems or other CRMs into Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce data models, ETL tools, and best practices for ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute end-to-end data migration strategy for Salesforce implementations.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Data Loader, or Data Import Wizard.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to map legacy data to Salesforce objects and fields.
• Validate data accuracy through data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Manage large datasets, ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
• Support cutover and go-live activities including mock migrations and data validation.
• Document data migration procedures, mappings, and validation reports.
