  • Client Needs Assessment : Understand client needs, expectations, and financial goals to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's insurance products and services.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Client Retention : Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues, aiming for long-term client retention.
  • Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Work effectively with internal teams, such as sales, underwriting, and claims, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs.
  • Market Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Problem Solving : Effectively resolve client issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Satisfaction : Actively seek feedback from clients to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
