Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Liaison department, responsible for managing all statutory approvals, clearances, and regulatory compliances for the company's real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in dealing with government bodies and urban local authorities such as PMRDA, PMC, PCMC, Town Planning, MIDC, and related departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee all liaisoning activities for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure timely acquisition of all project approvals, permissions, and NOCs from relevant authorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and departments.
Monitor compliance with all statutory norms and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (Architects, Legal, Projects, etc.) for submission of documents and follow-ups.
Stay updated on policy changes, government regulations, and development control rules.
Represent the company in meetings and discussions with authorities.
Guide and mentor the liaison team to achieve organizational objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 20 years of experience in liaisoning, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong network with PMRDA, PMC, PCMC, MIDC, and other relevant government bodies.
Excellent understanding of DCR, building bye-laws, and local development regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
