Job description

Key deliverables :

  • Implement ERP / POS systems for new merchants ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Manage regional merchant accounts and provide on-site support as needed
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to address feature needs and issues
  • Train internal stakeholders and resolve complex operational queries

Role responsibilities :

  • Own merchant relationships and troubleshoot POS usage issues
  • Drive configuration and customization requests from merchants
  • Provide structured feedback to improve ERP system features
  • Act as the liaison between client requirements and product development teams
