The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing interior design and build projects from initiation to completion. The role requires close collaboration with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

✨ Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors & contractors

✨ Monitor project timelines, budgets & quality standards

✨ Support project managers with site visits & inspections

✨ Handle procurement & vendor follow-ups

✨ Prepare reports, documentation & ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering

✅ 4 –10 years’ experience in project coordination (interior design / build)

✅ Strong organizational & communication skills

✅ Knowledge of fit-out execution & project management tools
