Role Description

As a full-time Social Media Associate at Inkognito Bombay, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content across our social media platforms. A curious, self-driven Marketing Associate who can blend content strategy with killer execution. You're someone who knows trends but doesn’t blindly follow them. You think in visuals, scroll-stopping hooks, and growth metrics. You’ve got ideas and the skills to bring them to life from grid to reel.

• Plan and execute our content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)
• Develop content strategies to increase engagement, brand reach & conversions
• Ideate, script, shoot & edit Reels, Stories, and Carousels
• Use Canva, Procreate / Photoshop for graphic & visual design work
• Edit videos using VN, InShot or similar tools
• Assist with influencer collaborations, event marketing & campaign planning
• Work closely with the founder to grow Inkognito Bombay as a creative, high-impact brand
